After installing a new license and attempting to restart Syslog-ng, the restart fails and the following error is reported.

The license file is not compatible with the installed version of Syslog-ng PE
A ‘Rolling’ license is for Syslog-ng PE version 7.
Licenses for version 6 specify the license number.
