Error validating license; error=Signer cert is not trusted

When trying to start the syslog-ng service, you see "Error validating license; error=Signer cert is not trusted".

This error is caused by an expired license, or a license for a different version of syslog-ng PE than you are using.

Follow the guide "Getting Started with My Licensing", which is available at https://support.oneidentity.com/syslog-ng-premium-edition/kb/4278489/getting-started-with-my-licensing. If you already have a current license file for the version that you are using, make sure that it is in /opt/syslog-ng/etc. If you have been provided with a current license, place it in /opt/syslog-ng/etc/ and restart the syslog-ng service.
