If it is this issue there will be corresponding certificate failure messages:
ERROR HTTP server error when serving connection "XXX.XXX.XXX.XXXX:XXXX"<->"XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXXXX": tls: failed to verify client certificate: x509: certificate has expired or is not yet valid: current time YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:SS is after YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:SSZ
Workaround:
Clean up expired certificates. Log example of expired certificate:
failed to verify client certificate: x509: certificate has expired or is not yet valid
Fix:
Product defect ID 432317 was included with 7.0.34 (it was not detailed in the Release Notes).
