To enable a trial license

Navigate to the syslog-ng Store Box Trial Licenses page.

Enter your Business Email and accept the license agreement.

Click Download Free Trial.
The panel extends with further fields.

Enter or select your First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Company, Country, City, State, Postal Code, Company Size, and Phone.

Click Download Free Trial again.
You will get an email with further information, and the screen automatically redirects to the available downloadable product versions on the Free Trial page:

If your email contains the license keys, download the syslog-ng Store Box ISO image from the Free Trial page.
NOTE: Alternatively, an SSB product specialist will contact you to provide you with the license keys and assist you with the installation of the product.
To enable a purchased commercial license
- Navigate to My Account > My License Assets on the support portal.
- To access your license key, click Retrieve Key next to your product.
- Once you have the license keys, navigate to My Account > My Products and click Download next to your product. The Download Software page is displayed.
- Download the ISO image (install cdrom) of your product.
If you need help with accessing your license, navigate to the Licensing Assistance page, and follow the instructions on screen.
