Please ensure that the "Automatically Update" value for this LDAP Mapping is configured to something other than 'never' run (0 hours, 0 minutes, 0 seconds).
Also verify that under the '/admin' interface that the required Agent is running under "System Status/Settings | Agents | Auto Discovery Agent" is running.
To further troubleshoot Auto Discovery:
- Review the log for the particular Auto Discovery mapping that is causing the issue: From the '/tpam' GUI; navigate to "Auto Discovery"; filter for the LDAP Mapping in questions and after selecting (high-lighting) this LDAP Mapping, view the "Log" tab.
- Review the Auto Discover Agent Logs: from the '/admin' GUI, navigate to "System Status / Settings | Agents | Auto Discovery Agent"; "Agent Log" tab.
- Restarting the Agent may assist in troubleshooting: From the '/admin' GUI, navigate to "System Status / Settings | Agents | Auto Discovery Agent". Does the Agent state show as 'Running'? Restart the service by utilizing the 'Stop" and then "Start" buttons. Confirm that the Agent starts; and review the log for any errors. Ensure that the setting for "Auto Start when systems restarts" is configured as required.
