Error when using Auto Discovery "ERROR: The server is not operational. at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.Bind" -

When setting up a LDAP Auto Discovery against a Windows DC, when attempting to use the "Open LDAP directory explorer" feature the below error is shown:
"Warning: Root path: LDAP://yourdomain.com/RootDSE. Auth user: administrator@yourdomain.com. ERROR: The server is not operational. at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.Bind(Boolean throwIfFail) ERROR: The server is not operational. at System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry.Bind(Boolean throwIfFail). 解决办法
1. Ensure the DNS server that TPAM is configured to use can resolve all the SRV LDAP records for the domain (eg. SRV _ldap._tcp.yourdomain.com )
2. Ensure TPAM is able to communicate to the all of the returned servers using LDAP TCP/389 and CLDAP UDP/389
