解决办法
Extended Support for Windows 2000 from Microsoft ended in July 2010, and correspondingly no testing of Event Capture for Windows 2000 was carried out.
The "Configuration for Capturing Events on Windows Systems" section in the Admin guide only presents configurations for currently supported versions of Windows.
