解决办法
STATUS: This is corrected in 2.5.912:
6387: Database errors returned on report pages (User Entitlement and others) did not get displayed properly in the web interface.
For versions 2.5.910 or 2.5.911 it is possible to install Hotfix_6387 rather than upgrade to 2.5.912 if required:

(6387)- Fix 'Page token can not be verified' and 'password is blank' errors checking for password complexity (6101/6483)- Fix ISA filters in Entitlement Report for system or collection when one is completely filled in and the other contains a wildcard.
