ERROR: “SSL_connect: error in SSLv2/v3 write client hello B Transport endpoint is not connected.” (4304361)

When attempting to connect to a LDAP RACF Mainframe PSM session the error“SSL_connect: error in SSLv2/v3 write client hello B Transport endpoint is not connected.” is displayed.

This error can sometimes occur if the managed system in TPAM is configured to connect over SSL encryption, however the mainframe is not configured to accept this connection.

Attempt to reset the managed system in TPAM to use the standard port and take off the SSL indicator.
