Use this task to assign a workdesk to several employees. You can also assign the workdesk through the employee's main data.
To assign a workdesk to employees

In the Manager, select the Devices & Workdesks > Workdesks > Names category.

Select the workdesk in the result list.

Select the Assign employees task.

In the Add assignments pane, add employees.
TIP: In the Remove assignments pane, you can remove assigned employees.
To remove an assignment

Select the employee and double-click .
