• Description

  This course provides operatives, administrators, decision makers, and project members of an Identity Manager project a general overview of Identity Manager and the basic business processes of this solution framework. An overview of the configuration and customization capabilities is also shown.

  Note - This course was formally titled Introduction to Identity Manager Basics.

• Audience

  Operatives, administrators, decision makers, project members of an Identity Manager project. The course is particularly suited for students who do not need training on installation of the software. Students who have completed the Identity Manager Implementation Certification (#IM-IC) course, do not need to take this course.

• Format

  • This course includes lectures, demonstrations, and lab exercises.
  • Available in two formats:
    • Private, instructor-led class delivered on-site at the customer’s site. 
    • Public, instructor-led class (when available) on pre-scheduled dates delivered at a One Identity facility.

  • The typical classroom day runs from 9am to 5pm on the first four days and from 9am to 2pm on the last day.
  • If the minimum number of students for a public training course has not been reached two weeks before the start of the training date, One Identity reserves the right to cancel the course.
