When customers log in to the SPP portal using MFA, they always need to log in a second time before they are finally logged in.
The SPP link used contains the session ID from a past session causing SPP to reset the page when logging in, it has nothing to do with connectivity between SPP and the MFA provider.
Refreshing the page will let SPP get a fresh session ID which ensures the security of each and every session the user use to connect to SPP securely.
Check if the page URL contains only the IP address/FQDN of SPP to prevent a forced reset on the page. This is important if the page is kept in favourites.
