One Identity are making a change to our Web Application Firewall to increase security for our Starling customers. This change will occur on Monday, April 14th.  

Products impacted by this change:

  • Identity Manager On Demand Starling Edition
  • Safeguard On Demand Starling Edition
  • PAM Essentials
  • Starling Cloud Assist
  • Starling Connect 
  • Safeguard Remote Access
  • Starling Account Email Notifications
  • Starling Account Services Portal
  • Starling Subscription and Billing

 

How does this affect me?

Certain customers may experience an error while connecting to their Starling instance via a web browser or API call. To determine if you have been impacted, please check for the following error in your web browser or API Logs:

  • Error 403 Forbidden. The web app you have attempted to reach has blocked your access. 

 

Resolution

If you experience an issue, please contact One Identity Support to log a Level 1 case for immediate assistance.
