Deleting saved views

You can delete saved views in view settings.

NOTE: Saved views are only available to you where you created them.

To delete a saved view

  1. On the page with the table whose view you have saved, click (Settings) > Saved views > (Delete) (next to the relevant view).

  2. In the Delete View dialog, confirm the prompt with Yes.

Specifying default views

To open a page with the same view each time, define it as the default view.

NOTE: Saved views are only available to you where you created them.

To specify a default view

  • On the page with the table layout you want to save, click (Settings) > Saved views > (Set as default view).

Resetting customized views

If you have customized a view but want to display the Web Portal default view again, reset the view.

To reset the view

  1. On the page with the table that you have customized, click (Settings) > Reset view.

  2. In the Reset View dialog, confirm the prompt with Yes.

Sorting tables

You can sort data within tables.

To sort data in a table

  1. Open the page with the table whose data you want to sort.

  2. Click in the column header you want to sort.

  3. (Optional) To sort the contents of the column in ascending or descending order, click again in the column header.

    TIP: Click again in the column header to sort in the opposite order.
