Deleting my team roles' entitlements
You can delete entitlements assigned to your team roles.
To delete an entitlement of a business role

Open the home page.

In the Team Role tile, click Edit team role.

In the Edit Team Role side panel, click the Entitlements tab.

On the Entitlements tab, select the check box next to the entitlement you want to delete.

Click Remove.

Confirm the prompt with Yes in the dialog.
Adding/removing recommended entitlements for my team role
To support the maintenance process, display the suggestions for adding or removing team role entitlements and then implement the recommendations.
To display and implement entitlement recommendations for a team role

Open the home page.

In the Team Role tile, click Edit team role.

In the Edit Team Role side panel, click the Entitlements tab.

On the Entitlements tab, click Show recommended entitlements.
This opens the View Recommended Entitlements side panel showing the recommended actions for the entitlements and the associated reasons.

This opens the View Recommended Entitlements side panel, select the check box next to the recommendation that you want to implement.

Click Perform recommended actions.

In the Perform Recommended Actions dialog, confirm the prompt with Yes.

If entitlements are to be added, perform the following actions:

Close the Edit team role side panel.

In the menu bar, click Requests > Shopping cart.

On the Shopping Cart page, click Submit.
After the request has been granted approval, the entitlement is added to the team role.
Displaying my team roles' rule violations
You can display team role rule violations.
To display rule violations

Open the home page.

In the Team Role tile, click Edit team role.

In the Edit Team Role side panel, click the Rule Violations tab.
History for my team role
The Web Portal allows you to display historical data for your team role.
To do this, you have the following options:

Shows you all results that affect the team role either on a timeline or in a table (see Displaying my team roles' history) |
Status overview |
This shows you an overview of all assignments. It also shows you how long each change was valid for. Use the status overview to track when changes were made and by whom. This way, you not only see the initial and current status but you also see all the steps in between (see Displaying the status overview of my team role). |
Status comparison |
You can select a date and display all the changes made from then until now. You can also show what the value of a property was at the selected point in time and what the value is now (see Comparing statuses of my team roles.) |
