Important: properties should only be added, modified, or deleted by experienced users and system administrators.
To delete a virtual schema property
NOTE: Only user specific virtual schema properties can be deleted.

Select the Mappings category.

Select a mapping in the navigation view.

Select the virtual schema property in the schema view.

Click in the schema view menu bar.
- Confirm the security prompt with Yes.

Property rules describe how the target system schema properties are mapped in the One Manager schema. You can specify whether the permitted is taken over from the mapping for each property mapping rule. You can also specify a different mapping direction than the one in the mapping.

To create a property rule

Select the Mappings category.

In the navigation view, select a mapping.

Click in the rule view menu bar for property mapping rules.

Select a rule type and enter the rule details.

To create a rule from a , click .
- Click OK.
To create a property mapping rule with drag and drop.

Select the Mappings category.

Select a mapping in the navigation view.

Select the schema property to map in the schema view.

Drag the schema property with the mouse from one schema view onto the schema property in the other schema view.

If the schema property data types match, a property mapping rule is added for the selected schema property. You can edit the rule details later.
If the schema property data types do not match, the conflict wizard is started which helps you create the property mapping rules.
One Manager helps you to set up new property mapping rules based on existing rules. Use the mapping wizard for this.
To create a property mapping rule with the mapping wizard

Select the Mappings category.

In the navigation view, select a mapping.

Click in the rule view menu bar for property mapping rules.

Follow the mapping wizard's instructions.

Test the new rule.
