Product bundles help simplify the request process. For example, a product bundle may contain all the products a new identity needs to get started. If users use a product bundle to make a request, you are not obliged to request all the products in the product bundle. If this is the case, users can select only those products they want from the product bundle.
To obtain an overview of all the product bundles, you can display them and their associated content.
To display product bundles
In the menu bar, click Request > My Requests.
On the My Requests page, click the Maintain Product Bundles tile.
This opens the Product Bundles page (see Product bundles (page description)).
Click Personal product bundles or System-wide product bundles to display the respective product bundles.
To obtain an overview of all the products contained in a product bundle, you can display them.
To display products in a product bundle
In the menu bar, click Request > My Requests.
On the My Requests page, click the Edit Product Bundles tile.
(Optional) On the Product Bundles page, click the Personal product bundles or System-wide product bundles to display the respective product bundles.
Next to product bundle with the products you want to display, click (Expand).
