Displaying the PAM user group overview

For a user group, you see an overview of the user accounts and entitlements associated with the user group. For directory groups, the associated Active Directory group or LDAP group is displayed.

To obtain an overview of a group

  1. Select the Privileged Account Management > User groups category.

  2. Select the group in the result list.

  3. Select the PAM user group overview task.

PAM assets

Assets are computers, servers, network devices, or applications that are managed by a PAM appliance. Assets are imported into the One Identity Manager database during synchronization. Changes to the object properties of individual assets can be re-imported by single object synchronization.

For an asset, you see an overview of the asset groups, asset accounts, the access request policies, and the partitions associated with the asset.

To view an overview of an asset

  1. In the Manager, select the Privileged Account Management > Appliances > <appliance> > Privileged Objects > Assets category.

  2. Select the asset in the result list.

  3. Select the PAM asset overview task.

Displaying main data of PAM assets

Only selected properties of assets can be edited in One Identity Manager. You can assign owners to assets.

To display the properties of an asset

  1. In the Manager, select the Privileged Account Management > Appliances > <appliance> > Privileged Objects > Assets category.

  2. Select the asset in the result list.

  3. Select the Change main data task.
