Secrets In Use report

This report shows the users who know the current secret for an account.

Partition Owners, Asset Administrators, or Application Auditors can run a Secrets In Use report.

To export the data from a Secrets In Use report

  1. Navigate to Reports > Secrets Reports > Secrets In Use.

  2. (Optional) Apply any desired filters to the table.

    To filter for a Secret Type to display, use the drop-down. You can filter for secret types All, Password or SSH Key.

    To set a time frame to display, use the Date Range drop-down.

    NOTE: You can set a fixed time frame, such as Last 24 Hours, or you can specify an exact amount of days or an exact time frame by setting Custom Days or Custom Dates, respectively.

  3. You can then select to either export the data for all listed items or the data for a single item:

    • To export data for all items, select Export on the toolbar.

    • To export data for a single item, select an item and click View Details. From the details dialog, select Export.

  4. From the Export dialog, select to export the data as either a JSON or CSV file. For more information, see Exporting data. The time is set according to the user time zone.

  5. To generate the report file, click Export.

Secrets Release Activity report

This report shows when secrets are released via access requests.

Partition Owners, Asset Administrators, Policy Administrators, or Application Auditors can run a Secrets Release Activity report.

To export the data from a Secrets Release Activity report

  1. Navigate to Reports > Secrets Reports > Secrets Release Activity.

  2. (Optional) Apply any desired filters to the table.

    To filter for a User, Asset, or Account to display, use the corresponding fields.

    To set a time frame to display, use the Date Range drop-down.

    NOTE: You can set a fixed time frame, such as Last 24 Hours, or you can specify an exact amount of days or an exact time frame by setting Custom Days or Custom Dates, respectively.

  3. You can then select to either export the data for all listed items or the data for a single item:

    • To export data for all items, select Export on the toolbar.

    • To export data for a single item, select an item and click View Details. From the details dialog, select Export.

  4. From the Export dialog, select to export the data as either a JSON or CSV file. For more information, see Exporting data. The time is set according to the user time zone.

  5. To generate the report file, click Export.

Secrets Task Queue report

This report shows the next scheduled time a task will run for an account as well as the running task information if there is a task currently running.

Partition Owners, Asset Administrators, or Application Auditors can run a Secrets Task Queue report.

To export the data from a Secrets Task Queue report

  1. Navigate to Reports > Secrets Reports > Secrets Task Queue.

  2. (Optional) Apply any desired filters to the table.

    To filter for a Task Type, use the drop-down. You can filter for the following task types:

    • Check Password

    • Change Password

    • Password Sync Accounts

    • Check SSH Key

    • Change SSH Key

    • SSH Key Sync Accounts

    • Discover SSH Keys

    To set a time frame to display, use the Date Range drop-down.

    NOTE: You can set a fixed time frame, such as Last 24 Hours, or you can specify an exact amount of days or an exact time frame by setting Custom Days or Custom Dates, respectively.

  3. You can then select to either export the data for all listed items or the data for a single item:

Secrets Update Activity report

This report shows actions related to checking or updating secrets.

Partition Owners, Asset Administrators, or Application Auditors can run a Secrets Update Activity report.

To export the data from a Secrets Update Activity report

  1. Navigate to Reports > Secrets Reports > Secrets Update Activity.

  2. (Optional) Apply any desired filters to the table.

    To filter for a User, Asset, or Account to display, use the corresponding fields.

    To set a time frame to display, use the Date Range drop-down.
