Follow the below steps to generate/retrieve a PAT.

Login into the Tableau instance https://{instance_name}/#/site/{site_url}.
Open My Account Settings
Select Create Personal Access Token.
Note name and token of PAT.
From settings → General → Personal Access Token → Enable and set the expiration date and set creation access of PAT.
