Starting LB

The product requires Java v8 JRE installed on the platform where it will be run.

Linux and Solaris

In order to start LB, for the bundled version go to /opt/dell/vds/std/ directory. In the stand-alone version go to /opt/dell/lb/std/ directory. Then use the following command:

  bin/ldapbrowser

Microsoft Windows

In the bundled version you can launch the product using the "LB" shortcut in your Start Menu (under Dell > VDS > RX.Y.Z). It is also possible to start the browser from the Dell One Identity Virtual Directory Server GUI: using the toolbar button, menu action or in some contextual menus.

In the stand-alone version you can launch the product using the "LB" shortcut in your Start Menu (under Dell > LB > RX.Y.Z).
