    • Program Functions: This tab displays all the program functions of the currently logged in user.

Changing the time zone

Change the time zone to adapt the display of data in the Web Portal to your location.

To change the time zone

  1. In the header, click (Profile) > User interface settings.

  2. In the User Interface Settings dialog, select the corresponding time zone from the Time zone drop-down.

  3. Click Save.

Managing background processes

Some actions that you perform when using Web Portal (for example, approving or denying requests) are processed in the background as so-called background processes. This mean you can continue using the Web Portal without interruption.

NOTE: The background process queue is managed in your existing session. If you log out or close the Web Portal, it cancels all the processes that are running and queued in the background.
