Outlook Web App mailbox policies are implemented for managing access to functions in Outlook Web App.
To assign policies to mailboxes
- In the Manager, select the Active Directory | Exchange system administration | <organization> | Policies | Outlook Web App mailbox policies category.
- Select the policy in the result list.
- Select the Assign mailboxes task.

In the Add assignments pane, assign mailboxes.
TIP: In the Remove assignments pane, you can remove assigned mailboxes.
To remove an assignment
- Select the mailbox and double-click .
- Save the changes.
To display master data for a role assignment policy
- In the Manager, select the Active Directory | Exchange system administration | <organization> | Policies | Outlook Web App mailbox policies category.
- Select the policy in the result list.
- Select the Change master data task.
