Opening the help

You can use the guide as well as online help to answer questions about the Web Portal.

To open the help

  • In the header, click (Help) > Documentation.

To open context sensitive help

  1. Open the page or the side panel where you require help.

  2. Click (Show more information).

  3. Click one of the links shown.

Hyperviews

In the Web Portal, you can display information about objects, their dependencies and connections, in a hyperview.

You can perform the following actions within a hyperview:

  • To zoom in and out in the hyperview, use the mouse wheel.

  • To move the hyperview, click and hold the left mouse button and drag it.

  • To expand or collapse a list, click (Expand) or (Collapse).

  • To display the entire hyperview, click Fit to screen.

  • To display information about no of the properties shown, hover the mouse over the corresponding property.

  • To go to one of the objects referenced in the hyperview, click the relevant entry.

    • To leaf through all the hyperviews that have already been shown, click (Previous hyperview) or (Next hyperview).

    • To go back to the first hyperview shown, click First hyperview.

Menu bar

Navigate to the drop-down using Tab and press Enter. Use the arrow keys to switch between drop-down items and press the Enter key to open the relevant page.

Dialog window

Press the Esc key if you want to exit the dialog box without performing an action. To perform an action, navigate to the required action using the Tab key and press the Enter key to confirm.

Tabs

Use the Tab key to navigate to the first tab and use the arrow keys to select the required tab. Confirm your selection using the Enter or Space.

Button

Use the Tab key to navigate to the control and press Enter to run the action.

Switch

Use the Tab key to navigate to the required switch and press the Space bar enable or disable it.

Check box

Use the Tab key to navigate to the required check box and press Space to select or clear the check box.

Link

Navigate to the required link with Tab and press Enter to open a new page or dialog.

Menu

Use the tab key to navigate to the required drop-down and use the arrow keys to move up and down in the list of items. Confirm the selected by pressing the Enter key.

Input field

Use the Tab key to navigate to the required input field. You do not need to confirm by pressing Enter or Space.

Option

Use the tab key to navigate to the section with the required options and use the arrow keys to select between options.

Tables

Use the Tab key to navigate to the required table and use the arrow keys to select the required cell in the table. To open a side panel with more details, press the Enter key.

Tiles

Use the Tab key to navigate to the desired tile or entry in the tile and press the Enter key to display the relevant content.
